Mona Savari

Centre Supervisor, B.A. Psych, RECE

Mona brings over 13 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong background in both classroom practice and leadership. Throughout her career, she has supported and mentored educators, promoted high-quality programming, and built meaningful relationships with children and families.

 

Mona believes that exceptional learning environments begin with strong, supportive teams. Her leadership approach is hands-on, approachable, and collaborative, with an emphasis on open communication, continuous learning, and creating an environment where educators feel respected, supported, and empowered to do their best work.

 

She is passionate about fostering a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to learn and grow.

With over 25 years of experience in the world of dance, Jessica has applied her degree in Dance from York University and dedicated her career to working with individuals of all ages in the expression of movements. As the artistic director and co-owner of a community-focused dance studio for over 14 years, she played an instrumental role in fostering a love for dance and family among her students. Today, she continues to teach with the same passion and enthusiasm that has defined her career.

 

As a mother of two young children, Jessica strongly believes in the power of nurturing relationships to facilitate learning. She places a particular emphasis on kindness and self-improvement in her teaching approach, recognizing their importance in cultivating not just better dancers, but better individuals.

Jeff is an accomplished Test Automation Development Manager, currently employed with a leading tech company in Waterloo. With over two decades of experience in software engineering and as an alumnus of the University of Waterloo, Jeff has acquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his field.

 

As a father of two, Jeff prioritizes spending quality time with his children, particularly by accompanying them to their dance and music activities. He recognizes the importance of nurturing relationships in a child's development, and he firmly believes that consistency in these relationships is critical for fostering intellectual and social growth.

Throughout his life, Nelson has been dedicated to cultivating growth and learning for people of all ages. As a young individual, he organized and managed sports and computer summer camps for children between the ages of 5 and 12 at Seneca College.  With over 20+ years of software leadership experience as a graduate of Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, he recognizes the importance of education, especially in early childhood, that is key to critical thinking.

 

As a father of two young children, Nelson understands the significance of laying the foundation for their future success. He truly believes that fostering healthy relationships and offering guidance from an early age is essential in the development of any child.

Director

Riza has gained extensive expertise in software engineering, with a career spanning over 20 years. She currently serves as a Team Lead at a technology company located in Kitchener, leveraging her degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.

 

Apart from her professional pursuits, Riza is a dedicated mother of two children who excel in academics and the arts. Her experience as a parent has further reinforced her belief in the value of a well-rounded education that nurtures development in all areas.

 

Riza has a natural talent for working with children and is committed to creating a safe and stimulating environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
